My apologies, folks!
I dropped the ball. Or, at least, I appear to have done so. I've never been completely certain as to the order we're supposed to post these in; and I was under the impression my next one was due November 4, 2015. Again, apologies!
I'm still doing research for the Cripple Creek and 20th Century CE pieces, so none of these are yet ready. But they're coming......
