The Colorado State Open Thread is back and it is usually published most Monday evenings on or around 7PM, Mountain Time. It is a place for people from, interested in or even just passing through Colorado to stop, kick up your heels onto the arm of the couch, kick back with a cold one or three, and chat with your fellow members of the family mammalia.
We’ve received our ballots for the Colorado Super Tuesday primary. If any of you have not, please check the Secretary of State’s website to verify your registration — www.sos.state.co.us/…. Don’t delay, either. It was a lot of effort to get Colorado earlier so that people would have a choice of who to vote for. Don’t blow it off and let me make your decision for you (Elizabeth Warren is da bomb!)
Another reminder about the Netroots Nation in Denver August 13-15th. If you have ever wanted to meet Markos Molitsomething or other, Meteor Blades, Neeta Lind, Bill in Portland Maine or any of the other famous bloggers you’ve been reading all these years, this is the time to do so. They will be LIVE, at the Denver Convention Center, along with many, many Democratic candidates, politicians and likely even some ne’er do wells trying to snag “gotcha” quotes that can be put on Red State or Faux Noise within minutes of it having been uttered. Wouldn’t you just love to be the one to “accidentally” step on the pocket recorder of someone from Breitbart, smashing the SD card and forever spoiling their video that they were surely going to ruin a career over?
Once you’ve filled in your ballots, drop a vote in my ballot down below and let’s have some feedback on what’s new in your worlds. The floor’s open.
